Refund Policy — Crisarium

This policy applies to Crisarium's plans for organizations, purchased from Segurança em Jogo LTDA. The free game involves no payment.

1. 30-day guarantee

You can cancel the plan and receive the full amount if you ask within 30 days of activation and no session has started (no round opened).

Sessions that are only scheduled do not count as started. When you ask for the refund, scheduled sessions are canceled and the invitations stop working.

2. After a session starts

• Single plan: once the session starts, the amount is non-refundable.
• Annual plan: once the first exercise starts, the amount is non-refundable. The remaining exercises stay available until the end of the 12-month term.
• Add-ons (additional exercise, tier change): same rule, applied to each add-on.

3. When the failure is ours

If a platform failure prevents a session from taking place or from finishing, you choose:

• reschedule the session, without using an exercise; or
• receive a full refund for that exercise (single plan: the amount paid; annual plan: one quarter of the amount paid).

Temporary instability that does not prevent the session from finishing within the round windows does not give the right to a refund.

4. What is not refundable

• Exercises not started by the end of the plan's 12 months.
• Sessions that did not take place for reasons on the organization's side, such as participants who did not respond. The platform already provides for this case: artificial intelligence decides for those absent and the absence is recorded.
• Sessions closed early by the administrator.

5. How to ask

Write to info@crisarium.com from the email address of one of the organization's administrators, stating the request. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

6. How we refund

• In Brazil: by bank transfer to the organization's account, within 10 business days after the request is confirmed, with the nota fiscal canceled or adjusted as the law requires.
• Abroad: by the same payment method, in the same amount and currency as the invoice. Exchange rate variations and fees charged by the organization's banks or payment platform are not compensated.
• Taxes withheld at source by the organization are handled when the nota fiscal is regularized.

With the refund, the plan ends and the data follows the retention periods in the Data Processing Agreement.

7. Changes

The version in effect on the purchase date applies to that order.
